How are you calculating/dividing the VDOT into 10th's such as 47.6 off of the charts? Just curious.
You and I are running pretty darn close to one another. The bike would be a different story. I outweigh you by 25 pounds and would suffer on the hills.
It's fun to see progress and I'm sure that is providing some winter motivation. I know it is with me.

EN has a data tool for entering bike FTP and run tests and computed a number with tenths. I can tell you that my pace zones are based on a VDOT of 48 and not 47 so there appears to be some rounding going on when it computes your zones.
