2 down, 14 more to go!

Done with the second week of my Endurance Nation OS plan and feeling pretty good. I started targeting at least 100% of my FTP versus 95-100% when I do my intervals as the efforts are annoying or distracting but I wouldn't call them tough. Maybe I sandbagged my FTP by 5 - 10 watts but the next test will settle that issue. The time for each interval increases to 12' this week so we'll see how things go.

Just watched the TDU and Lance looks lean and all business!
